Dia Description:

Dia is a program that lets you make all sorts of diagrams easily. You can create many types of diagrams like charts showing how things flow, designs that show how computers are connected, and much more. It has special tools for making certain kinds of diagrams, like those for planning databases or for software design. You can even add new kinds of pictures to Dia by writing simple code in XML, a computer language, using a version of SVG which is used for drawing.

How to install Portable Dia PreActivated?

To install a Dia portable, just browse to the location of the diaPortable_x.x.paf.exe file you downloaded. Double-click the file to start the installation. Follow the on-screen prompts and select the destination for installation. Within the directory you select, a diaPortable directory will be created containing the portable software.

Note that installing to the C:\Program Files or equivalent is not supported.
