JPEGView Description:

JPEGView is a quick and simple program that lets you look at and make changes to pictures like JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF, and TIFF files. It can instantly tweak things like how sharp or colorful the picture is, and fix parts that are too dark or too bright. JPEGView has a clean design that shows buttons only when you move your mouse over the program window, especially at the bottom where you adjust the picture. It has a simple black background and you can even view your pictures in full-screen mode, so you can enjoy them without any distractions.

To install a JPEGView portable, just browse to the location of the JPEGViewPortable_x.x.paf.exe file you downloaded. Double-click the file to start the installation. Note that installing to the C:\Program Files or equivalent is not supported.
