WackGet Description:

WackGet is an easy-to-use program that helps you download files. You can make a list of files you want to download and choose where to save them. The program can be used on different computers easily because of the PortableApps.com Launcher. You can also add website links directly from what you’ve copied, and save or open lists of downloads. If you use a proxy for internet access, WackGet can work with that too.
