AniFX Description:

AniFX lets you change cursors that are inside programs. You can turn GIF pictures into moving cursors and the other way around. How to install Portable AniFX Full Unlocked?

To install an AniFX portable, just browse to the location of the AniFXPortable_x.x.paf.exe file you downloaded. Double-click the file to start the installation. Follow the on-screen prompts and select the destination for installation. Within the directory you select, an AniFXPortable directory will be created containing the portable software.

Note that installing to the C:\Program Files or equivalent is not supported.

If you want to uninstall AniFXPortable, you just delete the directory where it is installed.
