ScreenToGif Description:

ScreenToGif is a tool that lets you record your computer screen, or webcam, and even lets you draw on a digital whiteboard. You can choose to record a part of your screen, a specific window, or the whole screen, and you can control how smooth the recording is. It comes with a full set of editing tools, allowing you to cut parts out, change the order of parts, add titles, draw on it, change how smooth the playback is, and more. Once you’re done, you can save your work in many ways, including as a GIF, a video, a series of images, and others. It also uses a program called ffmpeg, which gives you a lot of different ways to save your project.
